Self-Employed Multi Drop Delivery Driver
Job Description
Department: Logistics
Salary Band: £121.50 Day Rate
Reporting To: POC/OSM
Role Purpose:
To collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses throughout the local area. A pre-planned route at the start of every shift which gives all of our drivers the opportunity to work with efficiency to complete the collections and deliveries arranged for the day within a timely manner.
Role responsibilities:
- Punctual and reliable starting on time
- Load / unload goods and deliver safely
- To adhere to all Driving and Logistics legislation at all times
- Interact in a professional manner with customers
- Ensure all customers receive their deliveries
- Ensure the vehicle is returned in good condition
- To undertake other / ad hoc duties commensurate with the role, as required.
Working Arrangements:
- Based at DNG2, East Midlands
- Fully paid training period
- New vans & new uniform provided
- Delivery device provided
- Some weekends

Role requirements:
- Valid Right to Work;
- UK or EU Drive Licence minimum 2 years old;
- Proof of Address (council tax, water, energy, phone, bank, internet, or any Government letter) no more than 3 months old
- Must have a UK bank account, and National Insurance Number;
- Less than 6 penalty points on your license (ideally a clean license is preferred)
- Criminal Records Background check
- The ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25kg
